Designrevu is a simple thing.
Designrevu was created to provide a simple way for designers to get feedback on designs. Everyone gets one vote per project.Q: Do I have to submit only my designs?
A: No, in fact we're planning on you submitting anything you think might be interesting. Good or Bad.
Q: What are the plans for the future? Top designs? Better search? Organize portfolios, and claim artwork?
A: Yeah, maybe. This will do for a bit though. It's the real core, and we'll probable never get too fancy schmancy.
Q: How do you make money?
A: We probably won't. If the server cost gets to be too much, we might throw on some ads, or sell some t-shirts.
Q: What if I'm thin skinned?
A: Get a different profession.
Q: I saw a design my competitor did, and I want to see if I'm the only one that hates it...
A: Put it up. See if you're the one with bad taste.
Q: Can people tell what I submit for review?
A: We don't publish that. Nor can anyone but you see your individual ratings.
Q: Will the privacy settings ever change?
A: We can't predict the future, but if we ever do change, any of the submissions that were posted prior to the change will not be subject to the new rules... You're safe, be a hard judge if you want.
Q: What if I'm one of those people who wants to say snarky things, and upload porn, and cuss, and be a pain?
A: We reserve the right to delete anyone, and anything that stand in the way of a better community experience. If you don't like it. go somewhere else.
